wire sponge

step1:buy some wire sponges (in any supermarket, they are used for dishwashing).

step2:spread them out with your hands until they are flat and then entangle them together so that they form one          

big wire sponge.

step3: pin it on fabric and then sew it as you want on a top.

naked dress
